I downloaded the Editor from yamahasymth.com last week. It is version 1.0.1.  I saw the thread several posts back where Yamaha & Badmister posted links. BM’s version is 1.2.2. I want to use this a stand alone. I don’t have the Studio Manager set up. If I load the new vwesion, will it still allow me to use it as a stand alone? By the way, the “read me” files are in Japanese.

I’m using the latest version 1.2.2. You are right when you say that readme file is only in Japanese. But, after install, you will get documentation in English (PDF file). This version works both alone and through Studio Manager (I’m using ver. 2.30, but will upgrade to 2.31).
