I’m looking for a synth sound to best match what Winter uses on the solos on Frankenstein.

I used to use the “Voodooman” preset. I converted it from a poly voice to a mono voice. This really smoothed out the entire patch, allowing for great “hammering” technique, and a great legato dynamic which you need on that solo.

The 80’s Pop/Rock Voice Library And The DCP Vintage Keys available in the MotifMart both have a virtually perfect Frankenstein patch
