Will the Organimation software work on the new MO products?  How about B’s Knees?

Thanks.

Re: Organ sounds on MO

We’ll be adding an entire section to the store that will address what will work with what....

That said, the Motif ES versions should work for any of the programmed Voice libraries available (.W7V/.W8V) as well as any Pattern data (.W7P/.W8P) and Arpeggio data (.W7G/.W8G), but it won’t load the All files (.W7A/.W8A).

Re: Organ sounds on MO

How about vice-versa.  Can the sounds in the MO6-8 be loaded into an ES?

Thanks,

Kenny

Re: Organ sounds on MO

If you check out the FILE section of the MO6/MO8 Owner’s Manual you’ll see that the only new file types introduced with these products are *.m7a and *.m8a (MO ALL file). All other data is saved in files with the same file types as the Motif ES. I assume this means the data stored is in Motif ES format. If I’m correct, then any voices that you save in an ALL VOICE file pair (*.w7v and *.w8v) should be loadable to a Motif ES (or Motif Rack ES or S90 ES).
