I was successfully running my Motif XF8 as a Midi controller thru USB on Monterey.
Now I cannot get it to work after upgrading to Ventura.
I also reinstalled Yamaha’s V1.2.1 USB driver.

Here is the thread last year when I was able to get it working on Monterey.

I was wondering of any work arounds, or if Yamaha will/does occasionally upgrade their driver?

Successfully working in Ventura for me with a M1. Haven’t tried in Sonoma yet

Its working for me now in Ventura 13.6.1.
Not sure what happened but all is working well now after a few weeks.
I HIGHLY recommend Universal Audio’s plugins for keyboard, recording through LUNA.
The new Fender Rhodes along with the Ravel Piano, Moog and Hammond are far superior to any stock emulation hard/software that I have ever experienced.
All of this, coupled with the action and feel of the Motif’s board, is mind blowing.
