I am using my Motif-XS as a midi controller with Protools and have had no issues.  I recently purchased some horn software Sample Modeling’s Trumpet v3 and Trombone v3.  They both require CC1 be mapped to the controller to function correctly. CC11 controls the dynamics and I want to map this to a foot pedal to control CC11 but cannot locate how to do this. Is this possible with Protools and if so how can it be done?

I know very little about Pro Tools. Having said that…
A Yamaha FC7 pedal connected to the FOOT CONTROLLER 1 jack on the XS will default to CC#11, Expression. If you’ve changed that setting, you might want to set it back.
