Hi, If anyone could help it would so great. In my old MO6 there was a swing know right on the board. With my MOXF6 there is not. It it buried somewhere? If so can anyone tell me where?
When using a moxf is there away to control “swing” of a sequence? |

I suggest that you do a search for “swing” in the MOXF Reference Manual. |

I’d go into detail, but there’s way too much to cover about “swing” in a post.
No printer is needed, the MOXF Reference Manual is available as a PDF, which is easy to search:

Like 5pin said, MOXF swings very well, it’s all in the quantization. I think that you are going to want to control it in the Performance mode, so you get the feel you want in real-time, while you play. But your swing ain’t my swing, so to tell you how to do it--you gotta just experiment, which is where the fun is anyway. The manual is great, also the videos “MOXF In and Out” and “Discovering The Yamaha MOX” are also very good. Giving you the flexibility to create your own music is where the Yamaha products excel IMO. They’ve spent a LOT of money, spent A LOT of time, and hired the best people to get these products where they are today. |

For VOICE Mode, find it addressed on page 28. For PERFORMANCE Mode, find it addressed on page 57. For SONG and PATTERN Modes, find it addressed on pages 82-83, and 87-88. All page references are from the MOXF Reference Manual. |

Unlike the MO, the MOXF doesn’t have a knob dedicated to it.

If you’re looking in the MOXF Owner’s Manual, you won’t find swing covered there. That’s why I provided a link to the Reference Manual - cmayhle gave page numbers in that manual. |
