I have a request for any one willing to help me out. I had an MOX8 that came with Cubase AI6 unfortunately, I sold my keyboard, but I was working on some songs I had previous recorded. Now, I’ve been having problems with my computer (audio/speakers) is/are not connecting since I did an update to the IDT driver of my computer. Bad idea… I’ve already tried all avenues to fix this audio problem, but to no avail. The only thing left is to do a complete reinstall of Windows 7 (64-bit). Unfortunately, all my programs will be lost. So here’s my question to you all, would anyone still happen to have the Cubase AI6 or AI5 disc that would be willing to lend or part with? I know nothing comes for free, but I’m in a terrible position. Would appreciate someone’s help. |

AI6 is a licensed product and therefore cannot be loaned or borrowed. You didn’t reveal whether or not you transferred your license to the new owner of your keyboard or why you don’t have the install disc. If you are still the registered owner, then please contact Steinberg support directly. If you are not, then unfortunately you are no longer entitled to reload or use AI.....but of course are free to purchase another version. |

Why transfer the disc if you wanted to continue to use AI? Is your license a soft license or on a Steinberg dongle? Did you register your software? Assuming you did, Steinberg support should be able to help you, so please consider getting in touch with them and explain your situation to them. |

License is soft e-Licenser & I did register the software at Steinberg. I included the disc in the sell because I thought that was the right thing to do. Unfortunately, I didn’t know I was going to be having computer problems. BTW, now that I remember, it wasn’t AI6 it was AI5. |

>MySteinberg>Downloads. AI5 is obsolete, but hopefully you’ll still find it there since you registered it. |
