Question about the shop…

I have bought stuff 4 times.

First time I did not get any direct download link
and also NO email confirmation.
after some waiting and an email it was solved!

Second and 3rd time I got an direct link
Still no confirmation mail of the order!

4th time (Thursday) no direct download
no confirmation mail of the order
I emailed em about it, no response yet but it was an holiday on Thursday.
All this items are downloadable no sample voices....

I can wait...I know it will be solved after the weekend!
but I find it odd that it works sometimes and sometimes don`t…

As you know, Thursday was a National Holiday in the USA (where the folks at Keyfax are) so there was nobody in any office on Thursday… It’s a big feast day, everyone over eats and takes a long weekend…

Some Thursdays are normal days, some are National Holidays…

That,s not the issue I know it was an holiday but....

The shop behavior is not the same every time when ordering downloadable stuff.
It is/should be automatic...as it has been half of the times I bought something!
After paying via PayPal, I follow the link back to the shop and I see my download.
Sometimes I get an link sometimes not.....

Besides that usually when I buy software on the web it,s an instant download. I am kind of used to that:)

Downloading is the quickest, and most cost-effective way of buying certain items on the MotifMart.  It is also extremely simple. Here’s how it works:

Items that can be downloaded contain a DOWNLOAD option that you will see as soon as you add the item to your Basket.  If you do not see a DOWNLOAD option we do not offer the item for download.

Downloadable items include:

Voices
Patterns
Arpeggios
MIDI Samples
OS and general Motif patch/instrument data

Along with confirmation that your order has been successfully processed you will be given a URL where you may go to download your order. This is simply a temporary URL for immediate use. It will only be displayed for 5 minutes.

You will also be sent an email confirmation of your order and this will contain a second URL that you may use for up to 72 hours to pick up your order.

As I said I have never got any email confirmation
I have checked my that my email is correct in the shop.
spam folders etc

Just curious - were you provided with the temporary URL?

NO not half of the times....that,s part of the oddness:)

No big issue!
Just wondering if it,s just me that have this problems!
or is the shop working like this for everyone?
