Hello, I’ve been a Yamaha owner for years (S80, S90es, Motif, etc.) but have never posted on motifator.com.

Have a quick question, which mode on the S90es is the best to use for sending MIDI program changes to other synths/modules while still playing ‘live’ on the keyboard?

When you want to use your S90 ES as a master MIDI controller, MASTER mode is the mode you want to use. It allows you to setup four Zones, each Zone can control a separate device.
