Greetings all

I sold my ES8 and took my output expander out. There is now a hole in the board and I can’t find the little silver cover for it. Anyone have a spare one, or know where I can get a replacement?

Many thanks

PS: I will probably have an output expander for sale later today. AIEB2. Gives you 6 analog out, 2 digital, 2 optical. Superb expansion. No longer in production and impossible to find--even on eBay. $500. PM me if interested

Blessings,

Mark

Hi,
just wanted to say that price is almost a sin............

Get real. Check the unemployment percentage, the economy -

Go to church and ask the lord to forgive you and try again.....

stramontano: I take it you never collected baseball cards?

Look I buy and sell a lot of gear. It is RARE I make a profit. Ask my wife. :O

Over the years I have lost thousands, and paid dearly for the stuff I truly wanted--such as vintage drum machines and synths.

Finally, when I’m finally poised to make a profit for once in my life because I actually happen to have a couple of rare pieces that are in high demand, I’m now a sinner who needs God’s forgiveness?

Really?

Get real.

:)

You can buy them direct from Yamaha online after you register.

There are actually 2 plates you’ll need to cover the hole.

Cover Plate, Large p/n WA47270R $16.93
Cover Plate, Small p/n WA47280R $16.27

Plus ground shipping. They make it very easy; just ordered parts for a SY99.

Slow down cowboy,
I was actually only about 20 percent serious about the
whole post. I"m sorry it did sound rude of me. Didn’t mean
a thing about what I said. I shouldn’t have said get real.

I did think it was high though - but hey what do I know? I’ve
never collected baseball cards.
I did catch a foul ball at an Orioles game once, does that count?
See I fail miserably at humor on TEXT. I even lost a 10 year relationship thru my blackberry cuz I just suck at expression
on text.

Peace...........

Hiya!

I have an AIEB2 in my ES6. I didn’t pay $500 when they were new. I just did a google search and found a vendor selling them for $220 and a ebay listing for buy it now $350.

They are a discontinued item, but I wouldn’t put it in the same category as a Joe DiMaggio rookie card.
