Hi all,
Last night I purchased the Vintage Keys voice library for my S90.  Did not receive a download link although I did get a confirmation email. I have checked the spam folder as well.  I’ve been trying to call but the number goes directly to voicemail.  Is Keyfax out of business?  I’ve tried both the toll-free and the other number and sent an email that has not been answered.

I suspect that the emailed confirmation was an automated response. Given the pandemic, they might be out of the office. I’d give it a couple of days. Please let us know whether this gets resolved.

To avoid filling that spam folder you might want to fix your username which is currently showing as your full email address.

Just an update, 4 days+ now and several messages left and still no response via email or phone. I’m trying to be patient but I’m starting to get annoyed.
