Hi Guys, There weren’t very many demos of the PLG150-VL cards (or VL for that matter) on YouTube, so I made a bunch. I used the demo songs that came with the different VL synths and recorded them using my PLG150-VL card.

Just as a note, I’ve mounted (2) VL cards in an MU-2000 as a poor man’s VL1m, and it works really well. By selecting PartAssign=01 for both cards I can select a VL patch on Part1 and the MU-2000 allows me to play 2-notes at the same time just like the VL1m does on Channel 1. I suspect you could do three note polyphony if you had three VL cards. Way to go Yamaha! |
