Looking for some advice.
I have a Motif ES7 the LCD display is unreadable until it warms up. The contrast dial is maxed out. The display comes on bright green but the black characters do not display until it warms up.
Except for the display The board operates fine.
It is worse when the board has been exposed to the cold.
I replaced the LCD with a brand-new one that had been taken straight out of the sealed factory box.
It was just the LCD assembly and not the PWB piggybacked onto it.
No change.
Still, the display comes on bright green but the black characters do not display until it warms up.
Has anyone had this problem?
Any suggestions?
