I have a Motif 6 (classic). I am having serious trouble getting the arpeggiator to sync to external Midi clock. It does sync…but it constantly hiccups as if the quantize code constantly resets the Arp randomly while you are holding a key down. I have a large midi network in my studio and I know that my clock is reliable and constant…so the problem is definitely the keyboard…but I cannot find any way to solve it. I am running firmware version 1.70. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

-no midi loop
-100% sure i am sending clock only and it is stable from a dedicated hardware midi clock unit
-latest firmware v1.7
-no issues running arp with internal clock
-all other devices in my studio that depend on clock work flawlessly

Update: I found firmware v1.9 and installed it.

It fixed nothing.
