Hi all, Somehow I can not connect my Motif XS with my Macbook Air, and I’d like to use Mainstage (3), controlled by my XS. In fact I woud like to combine it if possible, let’s say on my left-hand a Motif-piano and on the right hand side (plugin) sounds from Mainstage. In the Layout-screen of Mainstage I can choose for ‘Remote Logic’ but nothing happens. Motif XS does not respond. I connect midi from my Motif XS USB-output to the Macbook. In the control-screen of XS I also select the USB as the midi-connection. Did I forget to do something ? What did I do wrong ? Thanks in advance for help/advice. Just nothing is happening between my XS and Macbook/Mainstage I did search info about this here on Motifator-forum but it still did not work for me :-( CJ |

Did you install the appropriate MIDI/USB driver for your rev of Mac OS X? Does the XS show up in the MIDI window of Audio MIDI Setup? |
