I’m using the “William Coakley” piano sample on my new piano solo. I think it’s a notch up from the ES8 #3 that I was using. I still have to audition the rest of the Coakley pianos. Anyway…

Hey Johnny, very nice sample you have, but that melody is straight up beautiful, and it soulds like I’ve heard it before.

Johnny, you might want to wait until the new motifator is launched, I don’t think the attachments are working anymore.

The chords of the opening of your track, reminds me of something I created a while back, tis all.

Bottom-line about piano samples; it’s in the ears of the beholder.

I found some listeners that love the piano sound on this. And then there are others that don’t think it’s that good.

I had one guy tell me there’s too much compression on this sample.

I’ve finally realized it’s impossible to satisfy everyone with piano samples. I’ve had enough techy stuff though for the last two days. It’s time to start making music. That is what’s really important!

I’m no expert,but I think this sounds very good.
I like the way this piano sounds.... to me it sounds like it had a microphone on top of a real piano.

Stuff like this makes me wanna take piano lessons.

Beautiful as usual. There is a slight part where I hear some clipping. Not overbearing though.

If you get a chance, I want you to check out the “mini-grand” plug-in in ProTools 8. It has some very nice sounding pianos.
