The email address used for your order has to match the email address associated with your PayPal account.  That is the only issue we know of.

Congratulations on this new service.I´m sure that it will prove to be very helpful. Nevertheless, I tried it in order to buy the Motif XS Performer voice library and I got this message:"Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.” I tried to change the address but it was already OK(I live currently in Mexico City). I wonder if it is possible according to your policies to give me your Paypal account number to make the deposit and afterwards the downloading procedure. Thanks for your time.
