Hi, (MOXF6 OWNER)
I am having trouble downloading the free expansion packs from the yamaha site. I did it once as I had good instructions but subsequently lost all the sounds. Now, when I try to do it just a few of the sounds appear. Are there good instructions somewhere so I can be sure to do this correctly?
Yes, I do have the Flashcard installed. *I think my errors are happening after it is downloaded onto the USB. The choices I am making in how I am taking it off the USB, selecting which files to save, and loading it.

I am having trouble downloading the MOXF Premium Content Pack. Although it says added to cart. The cart is empty.
I have tried several times no success.
Anyone who has downloaded willing to share?
