Hello you experts,
I own a Yamaha MOXF and am trying to connect it to Studio One 6 in the best possible way. I used the normal MIDI connector and not USB. Unfortunately, it happens that I start a recording in Studio One and the MOXF suddenly emits completely wild sounds without me pressing any keys - mostly drum and orchestral sounds .... the MIDI Receive Channel is set to “off”. Is there a specific guide somewhere for connecting Yamaha MOXF and Studio One 6 (on Windows 10) or can someone describe the process? Thank you for your help!
