D and G# aren’t working across all octaves...what the hell’s going on with this keyboard??

Sorry to see that your Motif XF is having so many problems. I’m not an electronics expert, nor do I own an XF myself, so I probably won’t be of much help. Speaking from experience with other keyboards, though, I’m guessing that there’s a contact issue somewhere, or one of the keyboard scanning chips have gone bad.

PS: Flooding the forum with new threads is not a good idea. I think it would be helpful to gather the posts you’ve made over the past couple of weeks in your original thread, since the problems are likely related. That way, people can better see what you have already done, follow your progress and point you in the right direction.
