Hi folks,

I recently bought a used MO ES rack that I’m reacquainting myself with after 12 years, and ran into an issue that I hope someone can help me with.

In the process of inspecting it, I found that a good majority of the presets in the voice USR banks (USR1, USR2, USR3) do not play. When I cycle through banks, some presets send audio when triggered, others are completely silent. I’ve verified that the unit has the latest os v1.03 and I have also done a factory reset but the problem is still there.

Has anyone here run into this issue before? If so, is there a fix or I’m I looking at a faulty unit? I’ve provided a video to show what’s happening. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Many thanks! - J
