Hi All,
Working on a synth voice for Feels Like The First Time synth bridge in the middle of the song.

On the XF, I can’t quite get it.
This guy nailed the voice in an old video.

I think Foreigner used an Oberheim OB-Xa?

Any suggestions appreciated!

Ended up getting a sound I’m happy with.
Mixed 3 part in a performance, for anyone else that’s looking for this voice on the Motif XF:

Part 1. Voice Pre6 063 “P5 resonance Comp” (go to EG tab, set cutoff +9, Reso +5) set the volume to 127

Part 2. Pre1 118 “Tiny Combo Bars 2” (volume 100) no other changes

Part 3. Voice Pre6 063 “P5 resonance Comp” (set note to shift up 1 octave to +12, set the volume to 127) no other changes.

Mix to your liking, it’s pretty close to my ears.
