I recently upgraded my firmware to latest version 1.5.  I thought for sure I backed up ‘All’ to USB before I ran the upgrade.  I must have hit something, because I only backed up the voice data - the backup file ends in ‘.X3V’, but it should be .X3A’.

So - I have all the voices, but am missing all of the Performance and Master waveforms that shipped with the it.

Is anyone out there willing to share a copy of their MotifXF .X3A backup, or does someone know where I can find it?  It is not on the Yamaha website that I can find.

Nevermind.  Just had to do a factory reset and it all came back.  Cheers!
