Hello. I own both the original Motif Rack and also the Rack XS. When my Rack XS is at church, I use my old Motif Rack to practice before Sunday. Years ago, when all I had was the Motif Rack, I used the Multi Editor along with Studio Manager 2 to edit my multis. Fast forward to 2019, now I can’t seem to get the old editor installed on my Macbook Pro. I’m fairly certain that I found the right download of the MOTIF RACK_Multi Part Editor V216, but maybe it really is broken, and a replacement was posted on the internet somewhere. I have a 2007 MacBook Pro running El Capitan 10.11.6. I copied the .PKG file to my desktop, and used the Control-click method to open it (otherwise, Mac gives a security error). Unfortunately, after entering my credentials, it errors out saying that there was no software to install (see attached).
I’ve tried deleting everything and re-downloading it from both the Yamaha site and this site, but it gives the same error message. Here is the link of the file I have downloaded:
I do have Studio Manager 2 installed, and it appears to be working correctly. What am I missing? Image Attachments

Although the problem seems to be OS compatibility, perhaps one of these will help:
