Hi, When I with S70xs record a performance in Cubase 8 and play it back in Multi/Seq.Play, I always had to change the drum to midi track nr 10 in the mixer, how come?

MIDI Channel 10 is the standard one for drums, and drum maps in Cubase default to that channel. You can edit the map you’re using to change the channel, for individual notes or the entire map.
