I did a factory Reset and they still don’t work. Any suggestions?

Thank you! I just open my Motif Xs6 and I found a cable behind the keys, I clean that part and is working.
I have to buy the cable Anyways “Awm 20624 60v 80c Vw-1” I think 24pin or 26pin
