Can anyone explain how to play a part of a performance from an external keyboard on an MOXF8? |

Welcome to the Forum. You cannot “break out” (address) a single PART in a PERFORMANCE from an external keyboard, while playing other PARTS internally, as all PARTS of a PERFORMANCE are on a single MIDI channel. You will need to utilize SONG or PATTERN mode to address multiple PARTS on separate MIDI channels simultaneously (They are the multi-timbral modes on the MOXF). Are you familiar with using SONG and PATTERN modes? |
