I’m terrible with creating drum loops on the XS. I’m looking for options that let you toggle on and off when beats trigger as it’s looping the pattern. As far as I know it’s not possible on the XS.

Would a Arturia Beatstep work? How would the process work with the XS in pattern mode?

I am also guessing USB Midi might be an option to a computer running some kind of free DAW software.
