Tried plugging an external storage drive into the “To Device” slot in an effort to backup about a years worth of patterns and songs, but the “File” Screen appears blank - shows none of the files already existing on that drive. Anyone recognize this problem?

None native to the MOX, but there are folders, shouldn’t they be visible?

Yes, folders should be visible since the MOX doesn’t “know” before looking inside them whether they contain compatible MOX files.

What type of drive is it, and is the drive itself recognized?

My MoXF don’t see/show files that it can’t handle, like mp3s etc.

Yes, but if you had MP3s inside a folder, the folder name should display.

Yes, but if you had MP3s inside a folder, the folder name should display.

Yeah, the folders show in some old ‘DOS short name’ format.
I missed his second post about folders not showing and only read the OP saying files.
