Originally posted in the wrong forum.... The Chorus and Reverb settings are not carried over to the performance patches. If I am using multiple patches with different types of reverb and chorus, how do I use the specific reverb/chorus setting on each channel to match the voice settings associated with each or do I have to choose a reverb/chorus as an overall effect in the Performance and get the sound I want using those settings?? Thanks for some input in advance. |

Since Rack models don’t have a Performance mode, I presume that you’re setting up Multis. Insert Effects from Voices can be carried over to Parts in a Multi. System Effects (Reverb and Chorus) are typically chosen to fit the overall sound of each Multi. Those settings may or may not be similar to ones from any of the Voices used in Parts, your choice. |

Thanks… Think that answers my questions on both fronts.... Looking at revamping my gear next year with a new synth rather than rack modules...... |

When I first considered getting a Motif, I looked at the Rack XS. After realizing the limitations of the Rack model, I decided to get a Motif XS (followed by an XF). |
