Hello, is it possible copy arp3 to empty arp6? (or just enter arp type numbers with buttons) thanks

There’s very little to copy - most Arp Parameters are common to all six of them. All you have to do is set the Type (number), and perhaps the Velocity Rate Offset and Gate Time Rate Offset if they aren’t at default value (0%).

See the HINT on page 31 of the MOXF Owner’s Manual.
