I turned on my keyboard today and discovered that when I press a key I get absolutely no sound. However when I am in song mode I can press play and my songs will play like as usual and I hear them but I still am not able to press a key and produce a sound. Even in record mode. No sound is played or recorded. Any guess on why this is happening?

If you last used your keyboard with a computer application, it’s likely Local Control in Utility mode was turned off to avoid MIDI doubling (possibly by using a Quick Setup). If so, Local Control should be turned back on.

I’d refer you to a page in a manual, but I’m not sure which model you own - you’ve posted in the XF forum, but your member profile indicates you have a MOXF.
