How to combine XF with Cubase (all8) to the sounds of the XF was heard in cubase?
Or simply usb connection, or just midi?

To get audio from the XF into an audio track in Cubase you need either the FW16e board and a computer that has Firewire or Thunderbolt port (a Mac, basically) or you need an audio interface that goes betwen the computer and the XF. The USB connection between XF and computer is MIDI only, no audio.

Nothing is missing in my computer...I use a Mac and have the FW16e board which moves audio and MIDI in and out of the computer over Firewire.

You are the one that needs to get the XF audio into your computer. You need some sort of audio interface.
