Hello all,

I’m having trouble with my setup. I have spent all weekend to figure how to sync Motif keyboard and Logic Pro X Daw.
When I record my ideas, I use internal Motif pattern/song seq, and I would like to sync internal Motif seq and DAW, meaning that when I press “rec” on Logic Pro X, to start recording of selected track in Motif internal seq in song mode.

I’m not using USB as midi, but two 5pinDin cables. I have tried all kind of setup, and I am having strange behaviour in Logic: screen flashes, rapid screen minimise/maximise, and the most of all: Motif song track would be recorded in Logic out of pitch!!!! Of course, when I detach Motif, and play its track in song mode, the pitch of midi notes is just fine.

So, am I missing something? I think I read all manuals regarding MIDI sync.
