Hi everybody!
I found a used Motif Rack, probably the first verion (classic?). It is for sale for about 350 USD. What do you think, is this a wise purchase? Are there any weaknesses in the first rack version worth knowing?

Best regards

$350 is a fair price, but on the high side.

The only problem with the original Motif Rack is a timing flaw. When presented with lots of MIDI data (lots of parts used, each playing lots of notes at the same time) the timing gets sloppy to the point where it can be very noticeable.

Thanks for the feedback. The link didn’t work but as far as I understand this old rack has problems to keep tempo while handling lots of midi data. That was pity; it was just that I was going to use it for, use it as sound source for midi files.
