Hi there,
When using Cubase, after install the remote software, you can automatically have a folder with 16 channels.
When using Logic, I cannot use remote tools to manage the channel. The MOX 8 channel (External midi ) will conflict with the software instrument.
Besides, the remote tools cannot save what I have done. Every time when I select another voice, the tempo will change to original. So can logic be like Cubase when using MOX 8? Thanks Coni |

Hi coni, I’m wondering if you might be confusing Remote Tools with the MOX Editor. If that is the case, there isn’t an AU plug in version of the MOX Editor for Logic, but there is a standalone version, and it will happily run opened up alongside Logic. |

Voice Mode on your MOX is not a multi timbral mode. That means it is incapable of supporting multiple voices on multiple midi channels. If you want to assign different voices to different MIDI channels and work with a computer, then you should be using Pattern or Song Mode because they support up to 16 different parts on 16 different MIDI channels. |
