Hi Just sold my Motif Rack via ebay and the buyer claims unit does not power up when received, item is being returned. He says there is no sign of shipping damage but I am thinking package could have been dropped.  Outside of checking power supply does anyone have ideas as to how to troubleshoot or know where to get service manual.  Thanks
