Hi everyone,

I have a problem on my MOX8. Here is the issue :

- A couple of weeks ago, the piano started to “stuck” on the screen “mox8” when i turn it up. It didn’t start, and i had to turn off, and turn up a lot of time before he start and i can finally play. And it did that EVERY TIME i want to start it !

- Tired of that, i tried to reset the piano, with the option “factory set”, but it it stay stuck on the screen “mox8 factory set” and don’t start.

I don’t know what to do so please, if you have an idea, help me please !

ps : Sorry for ma basic english, if you have question, don’t hesitate.

edit : in the end of the reset, the screen show me a message : “System memory crashed”

Welcome to the forum.

“System memory crashed” indicates a failure of writing data to the MOX’s flash ROM. This will likely require repair servicing. However, just to verify…

1) Make sure there is no USB drive attached to the MOX.
2) Disconnect anything other than headphones or speakers, and power.
3) Try to start the MOX again.
4) If it still doesn’t work, check the power supply (AC adapter).

If those steps don’t help, the MOX should be seen by a qualified technician.
