The Motif ES8 interrupts samples in a drum-voice even if receive-note-off is off. That’s ok as BadMister told us that there is a gate behind that machine saving voice-polyphony.
But I WANT to have samples played through the silence. Therefore I add some white-noise.
Now the question: Does the gate depend on the level of noise in the sample or does it depend on other playback levels in the drum-voice.
And does someone know the value when the gate opens?
