Select Utility mode, Controller, as on page 133 of the S90XS/S70XS Reference Manual. Then set the Foot Controller assignment as desired (MW is controller #1), as per page 139.

By the way, the S90: All Models forum concentrates on S90/S70 issues:

Can I do that in the Performance mode, choosing not use the FC7 to mod wheel on a piano, but still using on an Organ program ?

You can make Controller Set assignments on a per Voice basis, which carry over when the Voices become Parts in a Performance.

Select Controller, as in Common Edit on page 34 of the S90XS/S70XS Reference Manual. Then make Controller Set Source and Destination assignments as per page 40.

thanks, love my S90ES, starting to feel the glow from the S70XS. They are a decade apart in age, both make a great statement individually.
