I ordered the [Twiddly.Bits Drums And Percussion] on line.

However, I am unable to get a status on my order.

My Visa Card was charged $39.95, but the site did not offer any additional information on how to get the product.

Can anyone help me on this issue?

For the past 4 or 5 days, I have called the the support line 800-752-2780.

No one answer the call, and I have left some messages.

I have also sent emails, but no response.

Again, can someone help me on this issue?

I am beginning to get a very bad feeling about this.

First apologies for the lack of delivery. A Twid order is normally delivered by download immediately so something must have come unglued. This weekend we were also at the NAMM show and this does have an impact on our response time.

I was able to save the files on a flash drive, and now everything is working great!

Last night, I loaded the “Twiddly.Bits Drums And Percussion” loops on the Motif XS8.

WOW! These drum loops are awesome!
