Per the new Music Production with Motif video:

This may exist as a document somewhere, but I haven’t seen it, so I prepared a scene-timing cheat sheet for anyone interested.

It was taken directly from the site referenced.

btw, just wanted to mention to you that I have gone through many of the PERFORMANCES.
I really took my time.
many of them, that I had earlier rejected, I find now that I super love.
this amazing Motif XF is just a never ending source of extreme joy for me.
I do very much need to watch the whole video.
there is alot I want to learn.
