Hallo :-)
In Cubase 7.5.30 I searched for the option “Export as Motif-Song”. Did they let it go?

It can be an alternative to perform a Cubase-midifile-based project. With advantage of quicker search and load songs (used motif-editor) at live-performance.

Importing from Motif to Cubase is possible, but not export.

From the MOTIF XF Extension Owner’s Manual:

Song data imported to a Cubase Project cannot be exported back to the MOTIFXF6/7/8.

You can export MIDI files which can then be loaded back into the Motif sequencer.
