I am setting up a Performance patch with an arpeggiated voice on the top half of the keyboard and an organ patch at the bottom.  When I hold down the arpeggiated notes at the top and try to play the organ part on the bottom the parts I am playing below are getting “in the way” of the arpeggiated pattern.  I’m guessing there is a setting that I don’t have set up that separates the arpeggiator from the other voices but I can’t seem to figure out why it isn’t working the way I am wanting.

Welcome to the forum.

A Performance has two kinds of Note Limits, one for the Parts and another for the Arps. If I’m understanding correctly what you’re experiencing, it seems that you don’t have the Arp Note Limits set properly for your needs.

See pages 57 and 27/28 of the MOXF Reference Manual concerning Arpeggio Edit, in particular [F4] LIMIT, NoteLimit(Arpeggio Note Limit).
