Hi, I do know that the MOXF8 does not respond to soft pedal. However I do know that the assignable footswitch on the MOXF8 can be set to soft pedal.My question is if there was a pedal plugged in to that footswitch would it be capable of transmitting soft pedal controller info to let say Pianoteq 5 which recognizes that? Thanks

I ended up bringing my Macbook with Pianoteq and a Presonus Firestudio Project interface over to my local music store and connected them via MIDI to a MOXF8 and yes this works.
