In my band a need to play a small part with the voice Timpani. Timpani is as a voice in the S90XS only available in combination with bells or glocken. Timpani is also available under the drumkits, but just under 1 note.

Is it possible to get the voice Timpani under all the keys, so I can play the desired height?

Timpani does not cover all the keys. We are not at all sure what you mean by the right height?

Try the “Timpani + Cymbal” GM:048(C16)
The Timpani is the left side of the split up to B3
The Cymbal is the right side above C4

There is no Element Editing with your S90XS unless you use the Editor. If you need timpani above B3 (sic) you’ll need to create a new Voice and stretch the Waveform as much as you dare. It will not sound like a timpani much any more but you’ll have to decide if it is what you are envisioning.

Are you using the Editor?
It’s fairly easy to extend the range if the timpani Waveform and eliminate the Cymbal.
