Did you try adjusting the velocity curve? You may have made some unfair judgements depending on how the velocity curve of the MOX6 you played was set. I personally prefer it set to SOFT on the MOX6 because I find it make things sound little bit bolder. You seem to be expecting an awful lot from a short key synth action. As far as I’m aware the MOX6 and the MOXF6 use the same keybed. if you want to play with a feel closer to real piano then I recommend either a MOX8 or MOXF8 |

The MOXF6 is going to be the same. If you want to play piano authentically, neither “6” action is what you want to choose. The recommendation from philwoodmusic is correct. |
