When I using Yamaha MOXF6 as an audio interface with Sonar X3 I have a problem with the playback. Unforeseen stop playback on 0.5-1 second. I use a Yamaha Steinberg USB driver v 1.8.3 x64. I Ask skilled care!
With Cubase 7 everything is OK.

Windows 7x64, Core I7 860 2.8 kHz, 8 gb DDR3
Cakewalk Sonar X3 Producer x 64
Yamaha MOXF6.

Sorry for my English, I am from Russia.
Please, help me!!!!

Under “Driver Settings” go to “Mixing Latency”. Increase the buffer size a bit and test. Continue to test buffer size until the desired performance.

I tried all the options of buffer size, but it didn’t solve the problem.

There is at least one obvious setup mistake:
Screenshot 5: MIDI DEVICES you have Port 2 selected… The MOXF sends it musical information on Port 1, not Port 2.

Port 2 is for CONTROL SURFACE only

Please change MIDI DEVICE = Yamaha MOXF6/MOXF8-1
