Hello,
Can someone help?
I have 4 tracks of a song I recorded in song mode on my XF7.
I want to mute one of the tracks before I move it to my usb stick as a wav file.
How do I mute one of the whole tracks?

The Song mode allows you to create automation commands, which can be recorded in real time or inserted on a track dedicated for such commands.

The action to MUTE a track is simple
From the main SONG mode screen
Press the [MUTE] button
To Mute an individual Track simply turn it’s LED to OFF

To record this in real time to the sequencer
Press [RECORD]
Select the SCENE Track - move the cursor to the REC TRACK column and use the cursor arrows to select the SCENE track - you can now record yourself muting and unmuting tracks

To insert a Mute command into the sequencer
From the main SONG screen
Press [EDIT]
Press [F4] TRACK Select repeatedly until the top line indicates you have selected the SCENE TRACK (the button is a three-way toggle between a numbered track, the Scene Track and the Tempo Track)

With the SCENE Track selected
Press [F5] INSERT
Set the EVENT TYPE = TRACK MUTE
Again tracks are muted by turning the LED Off a letter “M” appears

Events can be placed at any Measure:Beat:Clock
