I want to ask if it is possible (with some editing on my part) to use the AXXE library I purchased, on the S70xs. It(axxe) does not actually use any external samples I don’t think, so can it either be loaded as is or modified in such a way to allow it to be loaded to the 70XS?

The S90 XS/S70 XS can read files of specific formats - you don’t mention so we will assume the file you have is a (.X3A) (which is an ALL data file for the Motif XF.

The S70 XS/S90 XS predate the Motif XF, so I do not believe it can see this file format.

It can Import Motif XS files: ALL files (.X0A), EDITOR files (.X0E), ALL VOICE files (.X0V)
It can Import Motif Rack XS EDITOR files: (.X1E)
The S90 XS/S70 XS file format is .X2A for the ALL file
It can Import S90 ES (.S7E)

So it depends on the file format provided in the library.

Thanks Bad Mister ...it is this format - axxeXF.n3.X3A - so looks like it is not, just as you advised.

Although I just checked and I see it is also available for the XS series as well at the shop...I winder if I can get a discount on the XS version as I have already bought the XF version???

Regarding a discount, you’d have to contact Keyfax about that directly.

Terrific - thanks Dave...although it is so well priced I will probably just buy it as well and not worry about any discount!!!
